No Returns; Exchanges Only:
At She Won This, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with each purchase. However, we do not accept returns of purchased items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to exchange items for a store credit under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are only eligible for items returned to us within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition, and must include all original packaging and accessories.

Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at Contact@SheWonThis.com. You will be provided with instructions and a return authorization number. Please note that items returned without a valid authorization number may not be accepted.

Shipping for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is returned safely to our warehouse.

Store Credit: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming it meets our exchange criteria, a store credit will be issued to your account. This credit will be equal to the purchase price of the exchanged item and can be used towards any future purchases at our store.

Non-Eligible Items: Certain items may be excluded from exchanges due to their nature. This includes, but is not limited to, perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items. Please check our FAQ or contact customer service for more information.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for exchange.
